We know that God is LOVE and that He loved us while we were yet sinners; even before we were born. From the foundation of the world, the LAMB of God was slain to redeem us. Jesus desired to die for us. It was His perfect will to become our Passover LAMB. We were redeemed from the foundation of the world. This was the ultimate expression of LOVE. In the Eternal City of New Jerusalem the throne of the LAMB will be central. Before our sin and after our sin, Jesus identifies with the gentleness of a lamb. It is His loving and gentle way that He wants us to embrace; it is peace. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Those who are truly His have already entered the LORD’s peace. That peace comes with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. Fear of condemnation vanishes in the love of Christ.
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
This is a brief statement, but the promise is powerful. If you have fear, then you need Jesus. No one needs to live under the fear of punishment. Repent today and become right with God and live in His LOVE!
